When I discovered the Feel Great System, I wasn’t just thinking about myself anymore. I had a little life growing inside me.

01 / MY BEGINNING

Nourishment came first.

Before adding the products to my routine, I spoke with nurses and doctors. During pregnancy, I did not follow the fasting protocol: my baby and I needed proper nourishment.

02 / MY EXPERIENCE

A season of gratitude.

I felt grateful for my energy and mood during pregnancy. I did not experience morning sickness or swelling, passed my gestational diabetes screening, and welcomed a healthy baby.

03 / MY NEXT CHAPTER

Learning as a new mom.

Postpartum, I’m learning to balance recovery, motherhood and my own wellness. I’ve begun exploring fasting as part of my personal routine, but my experience is not a recommendation for other mothers.

Building my own independent Unicity business gives me a purpose to grow toward alongside motherhood. I’m here to help people explore their options and make informed choices—not rush their decisions.
